My current favorite commercial.

I guess I’ve been talking about commercials a lot on here. I don’t know, from a sociological aspect, they’re pretty interesting. The first TV commercials were aimed at housewives during soap operas; in fact, soap operas only existed to have a vehicle to sell things. So ads are pretty interesting to me. But, my current favorite commercial is my favorite because of the girl in it. It’s the Windows commercial where Lauren (HOT!) searches for a $1000 laptop:

I think these “I’m a PC” commercials are kind of silly anyway; I want to make a fake commercial purporting all the terrible stuff you can do with a PC, identity theft, porn, Republicanism, etc. and have them going, “I make farm porn, and I’m a PC.” But this one, wowza. Just look at that mop of red hair. I don’t care what they’re selling, I’m buying. Kudos, Lauren, kudos.
