So I'm back from Catharpin. Katie and I stopped at Pierce's Bar-B-Q on the way back and had some of their food which is just the greatest ever. Really, truly speaking, it's the awesomest.  John met us there and took Katie the rest of the way home, which was nice for me since I really couldn't stand her anymore. Two days in a row with her was just too much. Seriously, that Miller girl is annoying. Anyway, we all watched Mirrormask last night, which is a movie that Neil Gaiman wrote.  It was odd and wonderful and decidedly Neil Gaiman. Heather showed me her extensive weapon collection which scared the living shit out of me.  I told her she might have trouble getting dates if word gets out that she's packing that kind of armory. Would you really want to risk dating a girl and breaking up with her knowing she had a wide assorment of knives at her disposal? Nice kid though. They were watching Mary Poppins when I woke up this morning. I never liked that movie as a kid and I feel vindicated for it as an adult. It's just not a good movie.
