That's right, Richmond won both games today and thus won the Governor's Cup and the International League Championship. They didn't just win the games either, they dominated the Bulls. I had a blast; there is nothing better than the playoffs. This is actually the second time I've seen the championship game for the IL, the Knights won the whole thing, beating Durham too, when I first moved down to Charlotte. Tonight was a lot better though, not only cause the games and crowd were better, but cause it was my team, the Braves. There were a lot of big time performances today by the guys, especially Brent Lillibridge, he busted his ass all over the field. It was a long day but it didn't feel like it cause the Braves won. I don't know. I'm happy for the guys. I had a great time; this was a pleasant surprise being able to see a couple more games this year. Hell, I even got a few cards signed.
