Graduation day, but not for me.
Went to my sister's graduation from VCU (Virginia Commonwealth University) today. It's a little embarassing that she's three years younger than me but graduates a year and a half before I will, but those are the consequences of my choices. It was neat because they didn't read out each person's name and have them walk and all and when the crowd realized that it was this weird collective sigh of relief by about 6000 people. Another cool moment was when the one girl who was awarded a doctorate was anounced and stood up and the whole crowd exploded in appreciation for her accomplishment. It's not that often you get to have 6000 people cheer just for you so that must have been amazing for her.
