That's right, a whole slew of pictures have been added to the pictures page, upwards of seventy or so. In fact, I had to split the pictures page into two pictures pages. Now, since we're on the subject of pictures, and I know that several of the fine folks involved in the creation of Speaking Japanese read this pretty regularly, well, I'd like to request that occasionally, just every so often, somebody might possibly take a picture of me. I mean, I know, I get it, everyone's really focused on what they're doing, trust me, I understand, and it's not even that I really like most pictures of myself-does anybody, well, vein people do, but they're not really people so they don't count-it's just that I'd maybe like to have some record that I was around. I like being behind the camera, be it still or moving, but the occasional picture might be sort of nice. Just a thought. I'm sitting here watching the last Braves game of the year, the last Braves game on TBS actually, though they've systematically alienated the Braves fans over the last few years so it's hard to worry too much about that, but it's also the Astros' Craig Biggio's last game. I've always been kind of an Astros fan, mostly because of how much I enjoyed and respected Jeff Bagwell and Craig Biggio, they were just amazing people who knew how to play and act the right way. I'm glad I got to watch Biggio's final game and see the crowd show him their appreciation for him and his career. So yeah, it's pretty unlikely that any movie is going to make me cry, but watching Craig Biggio wave his cap for an extended standing ovation, that's getting me pretty choked up. Oh, and for those stat-freaks out there, this here webite got double the amount of visits in September than any previous month of its existence. I'm excited, are you excited?
