Any takers?
Ok, so for the past three days I've had this tightness in the muscles in the back of my right thigh. This isn't a place I can reasonably access and work out the tightness, and while it hasn't really affected my days in any severe way, it's still pretty annoying cause I can feel it every time I move that leg. So what I'm saying that I would love it if someone would come over-you don't necessarily have to come over, I could come to you, or we could meet somewhere-and massage the tightness out of the back of my right thigh. I'm not asking you to rub anywhere other than the back of the right thigh; you don't need any oils or candles or Yanni music. This is just bugging me and I would really appreciate it if somone would help me with this. I'm sort of kidding but not really. If this was three days ago I would have absolutely kidding, but I'm not seeing any end in sight so this has become an honset plea for help. I've got a little tightness around my left shoulder blade too, but I'm not asking for any help there; I can reasonably stretch that part of my body to aleviate it. You ever try stretching the back of your thigh? I fell down when I tried. Twice. And it didn't really help. So please, someone, find it in your heart to help me out. And, of course, when you have some mystery tightness that you can't live with I'll come and help you out. Strong, tender hands, that's all I'm saying.

Sit down with your legs straight and try to touch your toes. It's pretty "fall-proof" if you're already on the ground. It's called a hamstring. MY strong tender hands are typing this out. You're welcome.

After the falling method I did try it that way and it still didn't really get the tightness out. Also, why are you blowing up my spot? That's not cool.
