I got Darryl Grant's autograph today. He was really cool. He was a defensive lineman for the Redskins back when they were good. He was wearing one of his Super Bowl rings which was ostentatious to a degree that is only acceptable for championship rings. I've seen several championship rings, Raffy Belliard and Brad Clontz have both let me try them on, and they're all huge and clunky and near-eye-sores. But, I always maintain, if I won a championship, I don't care what the ring looks like, I'd wear it every day and show it to everyone I could.
