Another ridiculously good day for offseason autographs. The Washington Nationals Winter Caravan made a stop in Virginia Beach with new manager Manny Acta and players Nook Logan, Mike O'Connor, and Beach native Ryan Zimmerman. The thing was closed to the public, which is kind of odd since they're trying to promote themselves. So me, Derrick, and some of the other guys are out by the bus waiting for it to end and see if we can catch the guys and a guy in a suit starts loading up his car. We start chatting a little about the Nationals and it ends up that they guy's name is Al Maldon and he's  one of the owners. So Al tells us they're finishing up inside and takes us in to meet the guys. They're all great and I got all twenty cards I brought signed. I had a couple of minor league cards of Acta from when he played and he was showing them around saying, "See, I told you I had hair." So Al Maldon is my new favorite owner and he just made a fan for life.
